My Time

My worst trait is that I often do something wrong even though I am fully aware of what is right, what is useful, what is healthy. I am sure that I can change one thing - lack of time for exercise. That is why I was often angry at myself. Regular exercise should be an integral part of the culture of life. It is extremely important for both , the look and health. I begin, enthusiastic, satisfied with the results and then suddenly skip a day, then another, and then again I do not have time, I drop out of form, and for a long time I do not recall that I should find some time for my body.The explanation of this phenomenon lies in just a few words: laziness, negligence and irresponsibility! All right. I made the first step! I recognize my own mistakes! Now what? I'll have to make a plan ! Plan for exercise? No! A plan how to outsmart myself! Specifically, that inconsistent, lazy part of me!

The smartest way would be - replacing bad habits with healthy habits!
